With over 20 Yrs in the Fabrication/Manufacturing industry we bring a broad range of experience serving various industries. Commercial, Structural, Oil and Gas, Ground Support, Aerospace and Forging to name a few.
With a CWI on staff we are capable of following and working to various welding codes; AWS D1.1, AWS D1.2, AWS D1.17 and ASME SEC IX to name a few.
We can work off of engineered drawings, hand sketches, verbal instructions, etc.
We have the capability of fabricating machinery components, customized tooling, tooling carts/racks, and material handling equipment.
We can also repair worn or damaged parts or make new to replace existing or as a backup in the event of a breakdown. We have experience repairing worn and cracked dies for the forging industry.
We can also support your welding department by taking on excess work to assist your company in meeting deadlines or freeing up valuable resources for higher priority jobs. We also offer welding technical support. If the need arises, we can assist with the writing of WPS’s, weld maps, technical welding manuals etc.
